Growth Update: August 2020

Thank you for taking the time to read more about our transition over the past few months. Whether you are a current client or in the consideration process, you have likely heard terms like “embrace the pivot” and “helping not selling”. We are happy to say we have practiced what we preached, and it works.
NOBODY SAID GROWING WOULD BE EASY
In order to grow we needed fuel, and for us that fuel was education. Our team completed a combined 15 certifications ranging from HubSpot CMS Development to Sales Enablement. In addition, I was thankful to spend eight weeks with one of the leaders of Inbound Marketing, Dan Tyer, who taught me and a handful of other agency owners across the world how to build a pipeline for our clients by helping, not selling.
In addition to investing over 200 hours in our skills as a HubSpot Solutions Partner, we furthered our partnerships with Google, Facebook, and Sprout Social.
Our clients should expect better results and increased transparency. We are very proud of that.
WE HAVE INTERNAL SUCCESS STORIES
First, we would like to congratulate Ashley, for graduating from Marketing Coordinator to our first fully certified Account Manager. “Ash” started with us back in October 2019 as a social media specialist and is now owning the relationship between Growth and our clients that have entrusted us with their brands.
Hayden, after over 18 months of joining our team, has embraced the role of Project Manager, has helped increase quality of work, and sped up timelines due to his attention to detail and background as a developer for Growth. Surprisingly enough, his degree in Theater Management from the University of Colorado Boulder helped tremendously in helping ensure that the show must go on!
INTRODUCING NEW LEAD GENERATION AND SALES ENABLEMENT SERVICES
The biggest change over the past few months has been truly embracing the reality that marketing agencies simply do not cover the growing needs of our clients. What good is marketing if it doesn’t lead to sales? The answer: not good enough.
I am very thankful for the time Dan Tyre invested in myself and my team. By sheer coincidence, companies are embracing a new type of agency, a GROWTH agency, and no we did not make this up. Turns out we have been ahead of the game without even realizing it.
Growth Agencies have bridged the gap between marketing, sales, and service. Fully embracing the long term success of helping not selling while also enabling quick wins.
Tools like lead qualifying, buyer personas, and high-quality ad creation are fueling a new level of sales and we are happy to be a leader in this new normal.

I am very thankful for my clients and team who entrust me with their success. We are thankful to provide more services than ever at the highest level ever.
Expect more growth through the rest of 2020, including a huge change moving away from WordPress and moving our platform to HubSpot CMS (that will be its own story once we complete the transition).
In the wise words of the famous 90’s poet, Tupac, which is where we drew our company name “I want to be better. You Grow. We all grow.”
